Fans are encouraged to make an early entry to Kroger Field for all games. Long lines develop at some stadium gates just prior to kickoff, spectators can ease congestion by entering earlier.

ADMISSION
All spectators entering Kroger Field must have a valid ticket regardless of age to gain admission. All stadium gates will open 1 hour prior to kickoff. Premium Lobby entrances will open 1 hour prior to kickoff.

ANIMALS
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals. Service animals are welcome inside Kroger Field but must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If guests intend to bring a service animal to the stadium, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved.
ATMS
Located next to the public elevator doors on the lower concourse inside Gates 1 & 9. Credit cards are accepted at most concession stand and merchandise locations.
AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE
Guests with minor automobile problems (jump start, flat tire, etc.) can seek game day assistance from AAA at (859) 255.7600.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Signs must be approved by UK Athletics prior to an event. Banners should in no way infringe on the sight lines of other Kroger Field guests. Signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the arena. Small signs should not be commercial or obscene in nature or cause any disturbance with other spectators. UK Athletics reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception.
CELL PHONES & COMPUTERS
Cell phones, tablets and laptops are allowed in the stadium as long as their use does not interfere with other guest’s enjoyment of the event. No devices can be plugged into the building’s electrical outlets.
CHAIR BACKS
Personal chair backs are permitted as long as they are 18 inches or smaller in width.
CONCESSION SPECIALTIES
Various specialty concessions are available throughout Kroger Field. Credit cards are accepted at most stadium concession stands. Special Kentucky Proud concession items are available at Kroger Field this season.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to keep Kentucky Football games as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Kroger Field who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt players, coaches, officials or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases.
DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
Diaper changing stations are available in all public and family restrooms in Kroger Field.
DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
Limited disability parking is available in the Green, Red and Blue lots on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge.
Non-reserved disabled lot located at the corner of University Drive and Farm Road – first-come, first-served and free of charge.
NRD Shuttle: Begins two hours before kickoff, drop off and pickup point is at Gate 9. Return shuttles begin at the beginning of the 4th quarter and continue until 1 hour after the end of the game.
Disabled guest golf cart service is available from Gate 9 to any other stadium gate.

DRONES
The use of drones and any other unmanned or remote control aircraft is expressly prohibited both inside and in the vicinity of the Kroger Field complex on game day. Any such use is defined as a Violation of National Defense Airspace by the Federal Aviation Administration and violators may be subject to criminal penalties.

EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATIONS
In the case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of any game day staff member and public address announcer, proceed to the nearest exit in a calm and safe manner. Guests should use the stairs and ramps as a means of evacuation. Elevators may not be working at the time.

GAME DAY ASSISTANCE

GAME FIELD
In the interest of participant, staff and spectator safety, public access to the playing field, at any time, is strictly prohibited. SEC rules prohibit fans from running onto the field and violators are subject to arrest and prosecution. Additionally, the three-tiered SEC fine structure for fans on the field has increased from $5,000/$25,000/$50,000 to $50,000/$100,000/$250,000. Please help UK Athletics keep these resources focused towards supporting our student-athletes and programs and keep off the field of play post-game.
GOLF CARTS
In the interest of safety for all guests and pedestrians, guests’ golf cart use will be prohibited in the Kroger Field Complex to include all parking lots, sidewalks, streets, etc. This policy includes motorized scooters, coolers, mopeds etc. Guests are asked not to bring golf carts to the complex.
GUEST SERVICES
University of Kentucky Athletics strives to ensure a positive game day experience for all fans. While inside Kroger Field, Guest Service Desks are available to assist you with questions or concerns you may have while attending a game.
Outside of Gates 1, 4, 9 & 12; Inside on the lower north and south concourses.
Interior Guest Services locations open one hour prior to kickoff when gates open and remain open until the stadium is clear of all spectators. Exterior Guest Services locations open 3 hours prior to the event start.
Guest Service locations inside Kroger Field provide:
Brochures containing maps, diagrams, and other important game day information
Assistance with location of seats, restrooms, ATM’s, and other areas of Kroger Field
Lost-child wristbands – parents may wristband their children and register contact information with guest services to facilitate a quick recovery of lost children, should the situation arise.
Any and all questions or concerns regarding game day experiences.
Guest Services staff including ushers, ticket takers and security officers are available to assist guests throughout the duration of the event.
LOST AND FOUND
In-game guests may visit the interior guest services locations. Post-game, items can be claimed by calling the UK Police Department at (859) 257.1616.
LOST CHILDREN
Parents and guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or UK Athletics staff member. If a child gets separated, he or she should notify the nearest police officer or UK Athletics staff member. Wristbands may be picked up at any guest services location. The wristband allows a parent or guardian to fill out section, row, and seat number in case the child becomes separated from their party.
NURSING MOTHERS
There are six family restrooms located throughout the stadium that will accommodate nursing mothers. They are located on the lower concourse near section 4 and 24. Additionally, there are two first-aid locations that will accommodate nursing mothers.
PETS
Pets, with the exception for service dogs, are prohibited from entering Kroger Field and surrounding parking lots/tailgating areas.

PROJECTILES
To ensure the safety of all guests and participants, the throwing of any objects is strictly prohibited. Guests identified throwing any objects are subject to ejection and potential prosecution.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
As per SEC policy, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter Kroger Field on the same ticket.
SMOKING
The use of all tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside and outside on University of Kentucky’s campus, including Kroger Field and surrounding parking lots.
STADIUM SEAT SAFETY
Standing or stepping on stadium seats may lead to serious bodily injury. UK Athletics requests, for your safety and other stadium guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Kroger Field.
SUSTAINABILITY
UK Athletics strives to aid and advance sustainability efforts, in both the UK Campus and Lexington communities, through recycling initiatives. We encourage every UK fan to be an active participant in this important initiative both in the parking lots and inside Kroger Field.
STROLLERS
Strollers may be brought into Kroger Field, provided they are a small collapsible style that can fit under a stadium seat/row without restricting entrance and exit. Strollers are subject to search upon entering Kroger Field.
TAILGATING
All Parking lots open at 2:30 pm on game day.
Tailgates must take place at the back vehicles.
Large industrial-size cookers must be approved by UK Athletics prior to game day.
Portable generators must be approved by UK Athletics for use and must have a decibel rating of 60DB or less.
Open flames are not permitted without prior authorization from the University Fire Marshal’s office. At least one (1) five pound all-purpose fire extinguisher (ABC) must be provided by the applicant. Cooking is not permitted within tent without prior authorization of the University Fire Marshal. Charcoal and other flammables must be properly extinguished and disposed of and cannot be placed in any dumpster or trash can
Banners and signage recognizing businesses may not be posted on Kroger Field property unless approved by UK Athletics.
No parking is allowed on most green spaces between the Green, Red, and Blue lots.
Music should be confined to your tailgate area. Any use of live bands or a DJ must be approved by UK Athletics prior to game day.
Tents erected on green space may be no larger than 10’X 10′, unless otherwise approved by UK Athletics
Fans using a tent or canopy over the tailgate of a vehicle should keep the travel lanes open for vehicular traffic.
UK is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Do not leave valuables unattended. University Police officers are on patrol, but they are not responsible for your site.

  • ENTRY

    • UK Athletics has partnered with Ticketmaster to make mobile ticketing available to fans at Kroger Field. Fans using mobile ticketing on iPhones are highly recommended to use Apple Wallet. Apple Wallet is a convenient way to store tickets in one place and allows tickets to be quickly accessed on your device at the venue without needing to utilize cellular service or Wi-Fi.   • POLICIES
    • All spectators entering Kroger Field must have a valid ticket or credential, regardless of age, to gain admission. Stadium gates will open 1 hour prior to kickoff, with the exception of the Player/Guest Entrance that will open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.
    • As per SEC policy, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter Kroger Field on the same ticket.
    • All UK Athletics tickets are barcoded and will be scanned for validity at the venue entrance. Invalid, altered, duplicate and counterfeit tickets will not grant entrance into the venue. If any of these tickets are discovered once inside of the facility, UK Athletics has the right to escort the ticket holder from the venue. Event staff personnel and ticket office staff may confiscate fraudulent tickets for law enforcement purposes.
    • UK Athletics reserves the right to change game dates, times and the venue without prior notice. Tickets shall not be sold in the immediate vicinity of the ticket office. Selling or offering to sell tickets to this event for a price greater than the price charged by the Athletic Department or its designees is illegal in Kentucky, unless such sale is authorized by the University.
    • Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Kentucky. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. If lost, stolen or destroyed, tickets will not be replaced.
  • PURCHASE
    • Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 928-2287. Tickets are free, but there is a small service charger per ticket for online orders. No fees will be charged for in-person purchases at the Joe Craft Center or Kroger Field ticket office.
    • Free tickets will be available on game day at the Kroger Field ticket office (located between Gates 9 and 10) as well as at all Kroger Field exterior guest service locations (Outside Gates 1, 4, 9 and 12), while supplies last.
    • UK Athletics urges fan to use caution against counterfeit tickets and unauthorized sellers. There are only six ticket outlets authorized to sell tickets to UK Athletics events. Only tickets purchased directly from the below six sources are guaranteed to be valid. When purchasing or acquiring tickets through any other source the buyer is at risk of receiving fraudulent or invalid tickets.   • SEATING
    • Seating in the lower-level will be reserved, while seating in the 200-level will be opened based on demand. Lower-level tickets along the north and south sidelines will be distributed first, followed by end-zone tickets.
  • STUDENT TICKETS
    • Full-time University of Kentucky students may obtain free tickets at the Joe Craft Center ticket office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. On game day, students may obtain free tickets at the Kroger Field ticket office, located between Gates 9 and 10. Students are limited to two tickets per valid UK Student ID. All student seating will be reserved for the Blue-White Spring Game.
  • TICKET OFFICE LOCATION
    • The main ticket office is located at the Joe Craft Center and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. Fans may contact the main ticket office by calling (800) 928-2287 or by email at UKtickets@uky.edu.
    • The Kroger Field ticket office is located between Gates 9 and 10 and will open on game day 3 hours prior to kickoff. Ticket office will close 1 hour after the start of the game (7:30pm).
    • Fans needing assistance once inside Kroger Field may visit the ticket windows located inside Gate 12. Fans may also purchase tickets to future UK Athletics events as well as inquire about season ticket options at this location.
  • WILL CALL
    • Pre-purchase tickets selected for Will Call delivery will be available beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff at the Kroger Field ticket office, located between Gates 9 and 10. A photo ID will be required to pick up your tickets, and tickets will only be released to the proper name on the account.

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas may be brought to the stadium but may not be opened in the seating areas.
WATER
Guests are permitted to enter with one unopened bottle of water smaller than a liter through the entry gates at Kroger Field.
