The Wildcats find themselves in a tie for ninth after 18 holes, 14 shots off the pace set by Vanderbilt.

Goff would add another birdie on No. 16 (par 4, 407 yards), but finished with back-to-back bogeys to close his round. The native of Kings Mountain, N.C. finds himself in a tie for 35th heading into round two.
