Ticket Office Will Call Information

General Will Call Procedures

You must have a picture ID to pick up tickets to any athletics event at the Univeristy of Kentucky.
We will only release tickets to the designated person on the will call envelope. No tickets will be released to anyone but the person listed on the order.
There are no dropoffs allowed on game day. If you would like to leave tickets for someone at will call, please deliver them to the ticket office before the day of the game at the Joe Craft Center.

Football Information

(Day Game) Will Call opens 2 hours prior to kick off outside Gate 4 of Commonwealth Stadium. Will Call is located in the smaller of the two buildings outside Gate 4.

(Night Game) The Joe Craft Center ticket office will be open during the day on any occasion that the football game that evening begins after 6:00 p.m. Check with the ticket office the week of the game for specific Saturday hours. The Commonwealth Stadium Will Call window will then open 2 hours prior to kick off outside Gate 4.

Men's Basketball Information

Will Call is located at the Lexington Center Box Office attached to Rupp Arena on the High Street Side of Rupp Arena. Will Call opens 1.5 hours prior to tipoff.

Women's Basketball Information

Will Call is located at the new Joe Craft Center ticket office off Lexington Avenue. Will Call opens 1.5 hours prior to tipoff.

Men's and Women's Soccer Information

Will Call is located at the Ticket Window at the Soccer Complex. It opens 1 hour prior to the start of the game.

Baseball Information

Will Call is located at the ticket booth at Cliff Hagan Stadium. It opens 2 hours prior to the start of the game. Will Call closes after the top of the 5th inning.

Softball Information

Will Call is located at the Ticket Window at the Softball Complex. It opens 2 hours prior to the start of the game.

Volleyball/Gymnastics Information

Will Call is located at the new Joe Craft Center ticket office off Lexington Avenue. Will Call opens 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
