
Student Ticket InformationGeneral InformationWho is eligible for a student ticket?Anyone who is a full time student (12 hours undergraduate or 9 hours graduate) and has a valid University of Kentucky Student ID card. Your athletics fee must also be paid with your tuition each semester. BCTC students MUST register and pay the athletics fee online in order to be eligible to purchase student tickets. BCTC students should click here to pay the athletics fee. Admission to GamesFootball: Present your valid UK student ID card and game ticket at Student Gate #1 at Commonwealth Stadium. Gates open two hours prior to kickoff. Basketball: Present your valid UK Student ID card and game ticket at the Patterson Street entrance of Rupp Arena. Gates open 1.5 hours prior to tipoff. Contact the Student ID Office at 257-1378 Ticket TypesFamily Tickets: A student may obtain a spouse/child card for all home games with the presentation of a marriage certificate or birth certificate. These cards are intended only for the spouse of a married student or the child of a student. These cards are available at the UK Ticket Office in the Joe Craft Center (behind Memorial Coliseum), Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For football, interested students should obtain a spouse/child card prior to the first football ticket distribution (usually mid-August). For basketball, interested students should obtain a spouse/child card prior to the first basketball ticket lottery (usually early November). You will need a separate card for football and basketball. Disability Types: Proof of temporary or permanent disability must be presented to the Disability Resource Center in Room 2, Alumni Gym (257-2754). You must request these tickets at the Disability Resource Center by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before each distribution to ensure availability. NO STUDENT TICKETS OBTAINED DURING DISTRIBUTION SHALL BE CONVERTED INTO GUEST TICKETS Football Season Ticket DistributionStudent season football tickets for 2009 went on sale Monday, April 13. As of July 10, we have less than 400 student season tickets remaining! Click here to print the 2009 Student Season Ticket Application Packet. The Application Packet includes an instruction sheet, a group order form, and an individual order form. Please READ the instruction sheet first, and then fill out the appropriate order form and return it to the UK Ticket Office with payment. You DO NOT need to fill out both order forms - just the group order form OR the individual order form. **In 2008, student season tickets sold out before classes started in August, and we are expecting an even larger demand this year. If you are interested in ordering season tickets, we encourage you to do so EARLY, and not to wait until school starts in August. We will also have a limited number of student tickets available at each single-game distribution (see below for distribution dates). Season tickets for full time students go on sale each spring for the upcoming fall season. Tickets cost the normal price of a student ticket times the number of games in the upcoming season (7 games X $5.00 = $35.00). Guest season tickets are available by providing proof of relation to a spouse or a child. Cost for guest tickets are the cost of normal season tickets, either $235 for sideline or $200 for end zone. Spouse/Child season tickets must be ordered at the ticket office. Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Ordering Season Tickets through Student Billing Due to changes in the online tuition billing system, season football tickets will NOT be available to purchase with your tuition statement. All football season ticket orders must be placed directly through the UK Ticket Office, by using the official Application Packet. UK vs. Miami University @ Paul Brown Stadium (Cincinnati)Beginning Monday, August 3rd, UK students may order tickets for the UK vs. Miami University football game at Paul Brown Stadium (Saturday, September 5, 12:00 noon). Students may purchase tickets in person at the Joe Craft Center ticket office, or over the phone by calling (800) 928-2287. Tickets may then be picked up beginning August 24th at the Joe Craft Center ticket office. Students must have a valid UK ID to pick up their tickets. Each student may order 2 tickets from the student allotment (one for themselves, and one for a guest). Student allotment tickets will be $45 each, and they will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional tickets may also be purchased at $35 each (upper level). Football Single Game DistributionTickets are $5.00 and are sold to students only on Monday and Tuesday at the Joe Craft Center and the Student Center Ticket Office. Students may purchase both student and full price guest tickets (if available) at the Joe Craft Center and the Student Center Ticket Office beginning on Wednesday of distribution week. Remaining tickets may be purchased at Commonwealth Stadium on game day, if available. Please note that you may purchase up to five (5) additional student tickets if you present five (5) valid UK student ID cards. **UK reserves the right to reduce this number based on student ticket availability for certain games.

Basketball Distribution - 2008
The two exhibition games vs. Missouri-St. Louis and Ouachita Baptist, along with the VMI game (Nov. 14) will go on sale Monday, October 20 at 9:00 a.m. There will be no ticket lottery. Tickets can be purchased at the Joe Craft Center Ticket Office. Both student and guest tickets will be available beginning Monday, October 20. Basketball Lottery Procedure
Students will be called down to the floor in numerical order groups that are randomly determined to purchase their tickets. You must present your valid UK Student ID card at this time. Prior to the lottery, BGCTC students MUST register and pay an "athletics fee" online in order to be eligible to purchase student tickets for the year. BGCTC students should click here to pay the athletics fee. Your ticket may then be purchased for $5.00 per game. You cannot present another student's ID for additional tickets.
