  • Eligible BCTC students should contact the ticket office to set up a ticket account, BEFORE July 16th.  The ticket office will need your name, address, phone, email, and 9-digit BCTC PeopleSoft ID number to set up your ticket account.  UK students will automatically have a ticket account set up for them.

Ticket Pick Up

  • NEW for 2013 - Print your season tickets at home!  Printing is simple, quick, and FREE!  Log into your UK Student Account and print your tickets at your convenience.  We highly recommend printing all games at the beginning of the season.  You'll end up with 7 pages of 8.5 x 11 paper - each game will print on a separate page.  For step-by-step instructions and important reminders, view our handy print-at-home guide.  Print-at-home will be available starting Monday morning, August 26th.  If you are unable to print your tickets, please call our office, as there may be a hold on your account.   Student tickets must be printed at least 30 minutes prior to game time.
  • Ticket Office Option - NOTE: Season tickets may NOT be picked up at Commonwealth Stadium on gamedays.  Students may pick up tickets beginning Monday, August 26th at the Joe Craft Center ticket office.  Every student MUST have their valid student ID to pick up their tickets.  Tickets will only be released if the name on the student ID matches the name on the ticket account, and the ID is valid.  If you are picking up tickets for other students, you must have each corresponding student ID.  If your ID does not scan properly, you'll need to resolve your eligibility status with the student ID office (859.257.1378) before we can print your tickets.
  • New Wildcard Student IDs will be required to attend football games.  If you are a returning student, please visit the Student ID Office to obtain your new Wildcard by September 5th.  You must have your student ticket and new ID in hand in order to attend the first football game.  Old IDs will not be accepted at the gate.

 Entry Procedures/Seating

  • Spouse Tickets: Married students who purchase a full-price season ticket for their spouse will be eligible to sit in the lower level student sections, along with their spouse.  Both individuals should enter together and present a spouse/family card to receive wristbands.  You will receive your spouse/family card when you pick up your season tickets.

For questions, please call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 or (859) 257-1818 or send an email to studenttickets@uky.edu.  If you are not eligible for student tickets but have purchased a season pass, the last day to request a refund is Wednesday, September 11th.
