2011-2012 Men's Basketball K Fund Donation Payment Plan Options
UK Athletics will again offer a payment plan option for the K Fund donation portion of your men's basketball season ticket renewal. Enrolling in the online payment plan offers additional flexibility and convenience for our valuable K Fund donors.
Below are the details related to the online payment plan option for your 2011 Men's Basketball K Fund donation:
- Season ticket holders are encouraged to enroll in the plan online using your "My UK Account." You may log in with your Account ID and Password.
- After logging into your account, you should see two separate invoices - one for your season tickets and one for your K Fund donation. The payment plan option only applies to the K Fund donation invoice. It does not apply to the Season Ticket invoice. Once you have selected the donation invoice, you can change the payment method from "Single Payment" to "K Fund Donation Payment Plan."
- The plan offers the choice to split your K Fund donation into four (4) equal installments.
- The initial installment (25%) is due upon sign-up for the plan, which must be done by September 8.
- The remaining three installments (25% each) will be automatically charged to your credit card on September 30, October 31, and November 30.
- Once you are enrolled in the payment plan, no other steps are required. The credit card provided upon sign-up will be charged the appropriate amount on each installment date. You will not need to access your account or send any information to the ticket office. Please verify that your credit card does not expire before November 30.
- If you do not wish to participate in the payment plan, you are still able to make a full payment online by September 8.
- REGARDLESS of whether you elect to participate in the K Fund donation payment plan, your SEASON TICKET INVOICE with full payment is due by September 8. The payment plan option is not available for the cost of season tickets.

The simplest way to enroll in the K Fund donation payment plan is to sign up online using your "My UK Account." You may also sign up for the payment plan by marking the appropriate check box on your paper renewal invoice and returning it to the ticket office. Full payment for season tickets and 25% payment for your K Fund donation is due by September 8.
IF you choose to participate in the donation payment plan and pay by check/cash, you MUST provide your email address on your paper renewal. You will receive a reminder email one week before each payment date (9/30, 10/31, 11/30). It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to ensure that subsequent check/cash payments arrive at the UK Ticket Office by each payment due date.
**IMPORTANT** - UK Athletics reserves the right to invalidate your season tickets if your donation payments are not in compliance with the established payment dates.
