2012-2013 Men's Basketball Payment Plan Options

UK Athletics will offer a payment plan option for renewing your men's basketball season tickets in 2012-2013.  Enrolling in the online payment plan offers additional flexibility and convenience at no extra cost.

Below are the details related to the online payment plan option for your 2012-13 Men's Basketball Renewal:

  • Season ticket holders are encouraged to enroll in the payment plan online using your "My UK Account."  You may log in with your Account ID and Password.
  • The payment plan option only applies to your Season Ticket Renewal invoice (season tickets and K Fund donation, if applicable).  It does not apply for Champions Classic or SEC Tournament tickets.  Once you have selected your renewal invoice, you can change the payment method from "Single Payment" to "Basketball Payment Plan."
  • The plan offers the choice to split your season tickets and K Fund donation (if applicable) into four (4) equal installments.
  • The initial installment (25%) is due upon sign-up for the plan, which must be done by September 5.
  • The remaining three installments (25% each) will be automatically charged to your credit card on October 5, November 5, and December 5.
  • Once you are enrolled in the payment plan, no other steps are required.  The credit card provided upon sign-up will be charged the appropriate amount on each installment date.  You will not need to access your account or send any information to the ticket office.  Please verify that your credit card does not expire before December 5.
  • If you do not wish to participate in the payment plan, you are still able to make a full payment online by September 5.
  • Payments for Champions Classic tickets are due by September 5th.  Payments for SEC Tournament tickets are due by November 30th.

The simplest way to enroll in the basketball renewal payment plan is to sign up online using your "My UK Account."  You may also sign up for the payment plan by marking the appropriate check box on your paper renewal invoice and returning it to the ticket office.  To calculate how much you'll owe for your first installment, simply take your "Total Due" from the top portion of your renewal invoice and divide by 4.  When signing up online, the system will automatically calculate this for you.

IF you choose to participate in the basketball payment plan and pay by check/cash, you MUST provide your email address on your paper renewal.  You will receive a reminder email one week before each payment date (10/5, 11/5, 12/5).  It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to ensure that subsequent check/cash payments arrive at the UK Ticket Office by each payment due date.

**IMPORTANT** - UK Athletics reserves the right to invalidate your season tickets if your installment payments are not in compliance with the established payment dates.
