My UK Account Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I have never used My UK Account before. Do I already have an account, or do I need to create a new one?
If you have ever purchased tickets from the University of Kentucky, you already have an account in our ticketing system.  If you are trying to renew your season tickets (even if you have never renewed online before), you already have an account and you should log into your current account to view your renewal.

Where can I find my Account ID number and Online Password?
Your Account ID number is located at the top of each renewal invoice you receive from the UK Ticket Office.  Due to security reasons, passwords are not printed on renewal forms.  If you do not know your Account ID number and/or Online Password, please call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 or (859) 257-1818.  You will be asked to verify your identity, as we will only release this information to the actual season ticket holder.

I'm trying to log into my account using my email address and online password, but it's not working.  How can I find out which email address I have on file with the UK Ticket Office?
The easiest way to log into your account is by using your Account ID number and Online Password.  Once you have logged into your account, you can scroll down and click "edit my profile" to view/change your current email address.

My online password is a long string of numbers.  Can I change my password to something that's easier to remember?
Yes, once you log into your account, go to quick links on the left and choose "view/edit settings."  You will be asked to enter both your current password and your new password.

I've logged into my account, and it says "Welcome."  Where do I go now to renew my season tickets?
On the right, you'll see a box that says "Your Ticket & K Fund Invoices."  Within this box, click "pay now" next to the invoice you'd like to access.  If the invoice offers a payment plan option, you still want to choose "pay now" and the payment plan option will appear near the end of the invoice process.  Each renewal invoice will list your current seat locations and charges.

How do I transfer my tickets via email if I'm not able to attend a game? - ONLINE PRINTING & TRANSFER GUIDE
Season ticket holders for football and men's basketball can transfer their tickets to friends, family, clients, or anyone else.  Once the recipient receives and accepts the tickets being offered, they can print tickets from any standard printer.  Once a ticket has been transferred and accepted, the barcode on the orignial ticket is cancelled, and the original ticket is no longer valid.  Ticket transfer/accept cuts off 2 hours prior to game time.  The sender must transfer AND the recipient must accept before the 2 hour cut-off time.  The transfer feature can be found in the "manage my tickets" module once you are logged into your account.  Ticket transfer is now a FREE benefit for season ticket holders!   

What if I accidentally transfer my tickets to the wrong email address?  Or what if I accidentally transfer tickets to the wrong game?
As long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets, you can cancel the offer by going back to the "manage my tickets" module, selecting the event, and viewing your "pending offers."  Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the transaction cannot be reversed.  

Can I reprint my own tickets? - ONLINE PRINTING & TRANSFER GUIDE
Season ticket holders for football and men's basketball can now print/reprint their tickets via My UK Account.  Ticket printing cuts off 30 minutes prior to game time.  If you have lost your original tickets, make sure to choose the "reprint" option and you'll receive a ticket with a new barcode.  Ticket printing is a FREE benefit for season ticket holders!

I'm a UK student.  How do I print my season football tickets online?
UK students should visit the student football ticket page for all details related to student ticketing.  Students need to make sure they are logged into "My UK Student Account."  Ticket transfer is NOT available for student accounts.    

All I want to do is purchase single game tickets.  Can I purchase these through My UK Account?
Most single game tickets are available through, not through your UK Account.  You can find direct links to UK tickets on by going back to the main UK Ticket Office homepage.  A different link is listed for each sport.  You can purchase single game tickets for football, men's basketball, women's basketball, and baseball online through

Can I purchase new season tickets online?
Yes, you may purchase new season tickets online through My UK Account for Football, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Baseball, and Softball.  Season packages purchased online will be mailed to you by the UK Ticket Office approximately two weeks before the beginning of each respective season.  To purchase new season tickets online, once you are logged into your account, click "Buy Packages/Tickets."

What is TicketFast?
TicketFast is a technology that allows you to print single game tickets from any printer you choose (i.e. "print-at-home").  When you purchase single game tickets online, you may choose the TicketFast option to print your own tickets, rather than having to pick them up from the box office or wait for them to arrive in the mail.  Your TicketFast tickets are printed with a unique barcode on regular sheets of 8 1/2" by 11" paper.  Simply bring these tickets to the event and the barcode will be scanned for validity.  Currently, the TicketFast option is only available for Football and Men's Basketball events.

What are Mobile Tickets?
Mobile tickets are a form of electronic ticket that are optimized for display on your smartphone device. Mobile tickets are valid for regular season, home men's basketball and football games. For more information, visit our mobile ticketing FAQ page.
