• Student, guest, and public tickets for the Clarion men's basketball game are on sale now.  Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster, over the phone by calling (800) 928-2287, or in person at the Joe Craft Center ticket office.  Student/guest tickets must be purchased in person at the ticket office.  Only single tickets (no two together) remain for the home opener vs. Morehead State.  A limited number of student Erupption Zone tickets are still available for the Morehead State game.
• The first men's basketball student ticket lottery will be held on Tuesday, November 10 at 9:00 pm at Memorial Coliseum.  The Miami, Sam Houston State, Rider, and North Carolina games will be available at the lottery.  Student lotteries are cash/check only.  Guest tickets (based on availability) will go on sale Thursday, November 12 at 9:00 am at the Craft Center.  Public tickets for these games (based on availability) will go on sale Thursday, November 12 at 6:00 pm online through Ticketmaster.  **Please note - we anticipate selling out the student allotment for the North Carolina game.  If this happens, there will be NO public ticket sale for this game.
  
• Football tickets are still available for the Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee games. Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster, over the phone by calling (800) 928-2287, or in person at the Joe Craft Center ticket office.  Student and guest tickets for the Eastern Kentucky game are also available.  The student distribution for the Tennessee game is November 9th.
• On Saturday, November 7 (FB vs. EKU), Will Call and Ticket Sales will open at 11:00 am at Commonwealth Stadium outside of Gate 4.  You must have a photo ID to pick up tickets, and they will only be released to the appropriate person whose name is on the account.  Ticket sales at Commonwealth Stadium are CASH ONLY.
  
• Tickets for the UK vs. UNC-Asheville men's basketball game in Freedom Hall (Monday, 11/30) are now available through Ticketmaster.
• Tickets for the SEC/Big East Invitational at Madison Square Garden (NYC) are being mailed out on November 5th.  A limited number of $15 tickets are still available for purchase by calling the UK Ticket Office.

Print out the Change of Address Form, fill it out, and either fax or mail the completed form to the ticket office.

Important Ticket Office Policies

Scalping: Act 436, 155-Scalping of sports tickets. Any person who sells a ticket to any sporting event at a price in excess of the price appearing on the ticket shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.

Scalping (selling a ticket above face value) violates University policy and Kentucky law. Selling or soliciting the sale of a ticket (even at face value) on campus without a permit also violates University policy. Therefore, a violation of these University policies or this Kentucky law may result in your ineligibility to purchase basketball or football tickets even if criminal charges are not filed against you. The Athletic Department reserves the right to declare you ineligible to order tickets if we receive sufficient evidence that a football or basketball ticket assigned to you was sold for greater than the face value of the ticket.

Counterfeit Tickets: Only tickets purchased directly from the University of Kentucky Ticket Office or Ticketmaster are guaranteed to be valid.  The UK Ticket Office urges fans "Buyer Beware" when purchasing tickets on the secondary market.  Counterfeit tickets have been reported at several games this season. All football and basketball tickets are barcoded and will be scanned for validity at the Commonwealth Stadium and Rupp Arena gates. Patrons with invalid tickets will NOT be admitted to games.

Transfer of Tickets: The purchase of season tickets is not a property right but rather a privilege that is assigned annually to you by UK Athletics. Season ticket holder privileges may only be transferred one time to a spouse or child. Questions regarding this policy may be directed to the Ticket Manager.

Infant Tickets: For Football, Men's Basketball, and all Post-Season events, EVERYONE must have a ticket regardless of age.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases from the UK Ticket Office.  All ticket sales are final.

Directions to the University of Kentucky

FROM I-64 OR I-75 SOUTH:
Follow I-64 or I-75 South to Exit 113 (marked Paris/Lexington). Turn right off the exit ramp onto North Broadway (US 68). Follow through downtown for 3 miles. One block past the Hyatt Regency Hotel, turn left at the light onto Maxwell Street. At the 5th light, turn right onto Rose Street. From Rose Street, take a right onto Euclid Ave (Avenue of Champions), then take a right onto Lexington Ave. The ticket office is located directly behind Memorial Coliseum in the new Joe Craft Center. Customers should enter the building through the Lexington Avenue doors.

FROM BLUEGRASS PARKWAY:
Follow the Bluegrass Parkway to Lexington. Turn right off the ramp onto Route 60 (Versailles Road). Follow until it becomes a one-way street, West Maxwell. At the 6th light, turn right onto Rose Street. From Rose Street, take a right onto Euclid Ave (Avenue of Champions), then take a right onto Lexington Ave. The ticket office is located directly behind Memorial Coliseum in the new Joe Craft Center. Customers should enter the building through the Lexington Avenue doors.

FROM I-75 NORTH:
Follow I-75 North to Exit 104 (marked Athens/Lexington). Turn left off of the ramp onto Athens-Boonesboro Road. Follow for 8.2 miles to downtown. Turn left on Rose Street. From Rose Street, take a right onto Euclid Ave (Avenue of Champions), then take a right onto Lexington Ave. The ticket office is located directly behind Memorial Coliseum in the new Joe Craft Center. Customers should enter the building through the Lexington Avenue doors.
