Liz McCaslin exudes `team'." 2002 - Returned to the court after nearly a year absence to play in 20 matches... Averaged 1.8 kills per game and 1.8 digs per game... Her best match of the season came against Georgia in Lexington with 15 kills and 10 digs for her first double-double of the year... Was named to the Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll. 2001 - Played in seven early matches before a back injury sidelined her for the rest of the season... Received a medical redshirt for the season... Had her best game of the year against Southern Methodist in the season opener, posting six kills and three digs... Earned Academic All-SEC honors...Was also named UK's representative to the NCAA's annual leadership conference in the summer of 2002. 2000 - Came into her own as one of the top underclassmen in the SEC... Played in all 27 matches, making 13 starts... Finished fourth on the squad with 161 kills... Breakout match came in the finale of the Kentucky Conference Challenge Tournament against James Madison in which she recorded her first career double-double with 15 kills and 23 digs (9/16)... Established career-highs with 23 kills and a .388 hitting percentage in the SEC finale victory over Tennessee. 1999 - Continually provided the team with a spark off the bench, serving as the team's most versatile player, able to move from middle blocker to outside hitter... Best match came against Western Kentucky (9/14) when she posted six kills on 16 attacks while being credited with three block assists... Ranked in the middle of the pack on the team in kills per game, digs per game and blocks per game. High School - Attended Libertyville High School... Led the squad with 90 solo blocks and 124 kills in 1998... Recorded a combined 163 for solo and block assists in 1998, the third highest total recorded in school history...
