Cortney Wiesler is in her fourth season with the UK women's soccer program, and enters her first year as Director of Soccer Operations, after serving as team manager from 2008-10.
A 2007 graduate from West Virginia University with a degree in Athletic Coaching Education, Wiesler played soccer for the Golden Bears of West Virginia Tech, where she earned All-Mid-South Conference honors while serving as team captain.
Wiesler manages the day-to-day operations of the team, staff and support staff as well as team travel and meals in addition to helping out with the field coordinations for summer camps and youth clinics. During games, Wiesler helps with game filming and advanced stat keeping.
She came to Kentucky where she received her masters in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2009.
Wiesler graduated from Hempfield High School in Lancaster, PA where she helped win the 2000 state championship.
Aspiring to coach soccer at the Division I level, Cortney is the daughter of John and Linda Pfost and is married to Marty Wiesler.
