Women's Golf Ninth After Two Rounds of SunTrust Lady Gator Invite

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Kentucky women's golf team, led by senior Ali Kicklighter's (DeLand, Fla.) 6-over-par 146 (71-75) is currently in ninth place Saturday after two rounds of the SunTrust Lady Gator Invitational hosted by the University of Florida. The Wildcats have posted a two-round total of 614 (304-310) through 36 holes.

Play continues with the final round of the SunTrust Lady Gator Invitational on Sunday at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. Live stats will be available at golfstat.com.

Kicklighter is currently in a tie for seventh place to lead the Wildcats, while sophomore Elizabeth Dotson (White Bluff, Tenn.) is tied for 35th place with a 155 (76-79).

Junior Katie Johnson (Lexington, Ky.) is tied for 41st place with a 157 (80-77), while sophomore Beth Felts fired a two-round 159 (80-79) and is tied for 57th place. Senior Erin Faulkner (Bowling Green, Ky.) rounds out the tournament field for the Cats with a two-round total of 163 (77-86) to put her in 68th place.
