UK Men Return to Action Against Murray State and Eastern Kentucky

After a week off, No. 25 Kentucky takes to the courts Tuesday for a mid-week doubleheader against Ohio Valley Conference foes Murray State and Eastern Kentucky. The Cats take on the Racers at 1 p.m. EST and the Colonels at 6 p.m. EST at the Boone Tennis Complex.

Kentucky (9-6, 1-3) returns to the courts after a nine-day layoff following a 5-2 loss at Florida. Senior All-American Jesse Witten has won eight of his last nine matches at the No. 1-singles position, and junior Alex Hume has captured five of his last six singles contests.

UK blanked Murray State and Eastern Kentucky by 6-0 margins a season ago in Lexington. Kentucky resumes conference play Friday at LSU.
