His 21 dual-match victories was tied for the most on the team with Eric Quigley while his eight SEC wins was tied for most on the team with Alex Musialek ... Was a clutch performer for Kentucky, claiming the match-clinching point in UK's win over No. 16 Wake Forest and No. 2 Virginia ... Posted a six-match winning streak for his longest winning streak of his career ... In the match against Virginia, Gonzalez defeated No. 28 Lee Singer for his only win of the season against a top-30 opponent ... Spring 2009>> Posted a 7-6 SEC record at No. 6 singles ... Clinched UK's 4-3 win over No. 17 Rice in Oxford, Miss., with a 6-1, 6-4 victory against Isamu Tachibana 2/1/09) at No. 6 singles ... Helped decide UK's win over No. 45 Miami (Fla.) with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Ignacio Taboada 6-4, 6-3 at No. 6 ... Teamed with Alex Musialek to post an 11-6 overall ledger and 6-4 SEC mark at No. 3 doubles ... Posted a 10-6 mark against pairs from ranked teams ...
