Hopes to have an injury-free senior season after battling a succession of physical setbacks last year ? Did not participate in the contact portions of spring practice while rehabilitating an injured shoulder ? Expected to be fully ready for fall practice and will attempt to regain his starting position at left tackle ? Has played in 24 regular-season games, starting 20.

2000 (Junior): Started six games at left tackle, but missed five games because of shoulder and ankle injuries ? Helped the Wildcats lead the SEC in total offense with 445 yards per game.

1999 (Sophomore): Started every game and played every offensive down of the season ? The UK offense averaged 28.6 points and 374.5 yards per game, ranking in the top five in the SEC in both categories ? His pass blocking helped UK lead the SEC and rank 13th nationally in passing offense at 299 yards per game.

1998 (Redshirt Freshman): Played left tackle in seven regular-season games, starting the last three ... Also started in the Outback Bowl ... Pressed into service when Jonas Liening was injured during the Georgia game ... Played well and was named Freshman All-SEC by the Knoxville News-Sentinel and third-team Freshman All-America by The Sporting News.
