The UK track and field teams completed day one competition at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark.

Check back later for a recap of Friday's action.

This weekend’s meets mark the last competitions for the Wildcats before the postseason begins later this month with the SEC Championships. This weekend is the first of at least three trips the Wildcats make to Arkansas this season as the Tyson Track Center is host site for the conference as well as NCAA Championships.

Live results from Arkansas will be available at www.flashresults.com, and live video will be provided by the host university with a subscription.

More than 40 colleges and universities are competing at the Tyson Invitational, including seven men’s teams ranked in this week’s national poll.

The Saturday schedule has field events set to begin at 10 a.m. while running events are slated for a noon start.

On Saturday cross country All-Americans Cally Macumber and Chelsea Oswald will compete in the women’s 3K at the Husky Classic in Seattle, Wash. Macumber and Oswald own the No. 7 and No. 16 3K times in the nation respectively this season.

Husky Classic coverage will be available via live video as well as live results.

Kentucky athletes could also find themselves at either Arkansas or Washington for “last chance meets” in early March.
