UK heads to Baton Rouge, La., for premier track & field conference championship
2010-11 (Junior): Cross Country: Raced in his first four cross country races after not competing each of his first two years ... Earned three top-10 team finishes ... Recorded a personal-best time in the 8K by crossing the finish line at the Greater Louisville Invitational in 27:03.60. Indoor: Ran a 4:17.54 mile at the Rod McCravy meet. Outdoor: Competed in the 800m run at the Florida Relays at the start of April ... Completed the 1,500m run at the USF Bulls Invitational, crossing the finish line with a time of 4:03.56.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Indoor - At the SEC Indoor Championships, ran a season-best time of 1:52.94 qualifying for the final and securing a tenth place finish...ran a top mile time of 4:29.32 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet. Outdoor - Ran season-best time of 1:55.30 in the 800m run in Gainesville, Fla....Again, in the state of Florida a season-best mark in the 1,500m run with a time of 4:05.83 at the University of Central Florida. Cross Country - Did not compete as a reserve runner on the cross country team.
2008-09 (Freshman): Cross Country - Did not compete. Indoor - At Iowa State Classic, ran personal-best 800m mark of 1:53.48 ... Ran top mile time of 4:21.54 at the Kentucky Invitational ... Member of seventh-place distance medley relay at SEC Championships. Outdoor - Competed in the 800m run with best result of 1:55.73 at the Florida Relays.
