Allen (Tink)Belcher

Allen “Tink” Belcher enters his 13th season in 2026 as the assistant equipment manager for Kentucky football, where he plays a key role in ensuring the program’s equipment operations run efficiently.

Belcher is responsible for managing all equipment needs for the Wildcats, including overseeing student managers and coordinating the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms and helmets. In addition to his football duties, he also oversees equipment operations for the men’s and women’s soccer programs.

Prior to working primarily with football, Belcher served as the head equipment manager for Kentucky baseball for four years and was a graduate assistant with the UK softball program in 2012.

A Kentucky graduate, Belcher earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing in 2009 and a master’s degree in sport leadership in 2012. During his undergraduate years, he worked as a student equipment manager for the football program, helping the Wildcats to a school-record five consecutive bowl appearances.

Originally from Danville, Kentucky, Belcher is married to former UK softball standout Molly Johnson-Belcher, one of the top performers in program history. They have three daughters.
