2018-19 (Senior): Named to the All-SEC Second Team … Earned three bronze medals at the SEC Championships in the 500 free (4:37.04), 400 medley relay (3:31.27) and 800 free relay (6:56.23) … Additionally, she helped score points at the league meet in the 200 free relay (11th, 1:30.81), 200 free (9th, 1:44.84) and the 1650 free (6th, 16:05.96) … Broke three individual school records this season in the 500 free (4:37.04), 1000 free (9:30.78) and 1650 free (15.57.64) … Freriks reset her own school record in the 500 free, but broke 20-year school records in the 1000 free and the 1650 free … Meanwhile, in the process of breaking the 1650 free school record, it was only the second time Freriks had competed in the event in her collegiate career … In addition to breaking three individual school records, Freriks helped the 400 free (3:14.59) and 800 free (6:56.23) relay teams to new school records, too … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200, 500 and 1650 free … Earned three All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 1650 free (11th, 15:57.64), the 400 free relay (15th, 3:14.59) and the 800 free relay (10th, 6:58.05) … Named to CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team … Named to SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
 
2017-18 (Junior): Named to the All-SEC First Team for the second straight year … Became the second Wildcat to win an SEC gold medal in the 500 free and the first since 1999, when Freriks claimed the crown on a school-record time of 4:37.20 … Became the third UK swimmer – male or female – to have won multiple SEC titles in a tenure … Scored for the Wildcats in both the 100 free (48.72) and 200 free (1:45.52) events at the conference meet, placing 10th in each … Finished 18th in the 500 free at the NCAA Championships with a time of 4:39.10 … Placed 19th in the 200 free at NCAAs with a time of 1:44.83 … Earned All-America Honorable Mention honors as part of UK’s 400 medley relay and 800 free relay teams at the NCAA Championships … Named to CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team … Named to SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2016-17 (Sophomore): Made program history at the SEC Championships when she became the first Wildcat woman to win the 200 free at the meet since 1995 … Lowered her own school record in the 200 free to 1:44.26 … Helped UK win SEC silver in the 800 free relay on a anchor split of 1:44.11 … Finished fourth overall in the 500 free at the conference meet with a time of 4:40.85 … Picked up All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 200 and 500 free, 400 medley relay and 800 free relay … Anchored UK’s 800 free relay team which finished sixth overall at NCAAs with a school-record 6:57.51 mark (1:43.32 split) … Made the consolation final in both the 200 free (15th, 1:45.04) and 500 free (10th, 4:38.42) at the national meet … Named to the All-SEC First Team … Recipient of the team’s Booster Club Award at the end of year banquet … Named to CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team … Named to the SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015-16 (Freshman): All-America Honorable Mention, swimming the lead leg on the school-record 800 free relay that finished 15th at the NCAA Championships in 7:04.75 with a 1:46.39 split … Named to the All-SEC Second Team and SEC All-Freshman Team … Became the first Wildcat to make the “A” final in the 200 free at the SEC Championships since 1998, and went on to break the UK record in 1:44.98 to take the bronze medal as UK’s first freshman female medalist … Swam the second-fastest 100 free in program history at the NCAA Championships in prelims, finishing 35th overall in 49.24 … Recorded the third-fastest 500 free in UK laurels in 4:43.46 to place 11th at the SEC Championships … Anchored the school record-tying 400 medley relay that placed 19th at the NCAA Championships in 3:33.94 with a 48.57 free split … Broke the UK LCM record in the 100 free with an U.S. Olympic Trials cut of 56.29 at the OSU Invite … Had four top-four finishes in the 50 free, six in the 100 free, seven in the 200 free and three in the 500 free throughout the season … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100, 200 and 500 free, her highest finish being 26th place in the 200 free in 1:45.86, the second-fastest swim of her career … Named the UK Rookie of the Year at the end of year banquet … Qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100 and 400 free… Named to CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team … SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
