LEXINGTON, Ky. — The No. 13 University of Kentucky softball team’s game vs. Marshall on Wednesday at John Cropp Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Kentucky will return to action this weekend when it travels to No. 3 Florida for a three-game Southeastern Conference series. The series starts Saturday at 4 p.m. ET before a 3 p.m. ET start on Sunday and 7 p.m. ET series finale Monday. Saturday and Sunday’s games will be televised on the SEC Network+, while Sunday’s game will be broadcast nationally on the SEC Network.

The postponed game with Marshall concludes a six-game homestand for the Wildcats that started with UK taking one of three games from No. 5 Alabama last weekend before a doubleheader sweep over Florida Atlantic on Monday. After the Florida series and a non-conference game next Wednesday at EKU, the Wildcats will have an eight-game home stretch at John Cropp Stadium starting with South Carolina on April 17-19.
