Would you describe yourself as a motivated and passionate soccer player? If so, we would like to invite you to the UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY HIGH SCHOOL CAMP.
This program will introduce you to all aspects of the collegiate game including:
- Strength and conditioning for the soccer player
- Technical and Tactical training sessions
- Academics for Student Athletes
- Use of video analysis in college soccer
- 11 v 11 and small sided competitive games
- Specialized Goalkeeper Training
- UK Soccer Coaches will use their 35 years of Division I experience to answer questions about recruiting
- Extensive use of UK athletic Facilities
When: Saturday, February 13 or Saturday, March 6,
2010
Where: University of Kentucky , Lexington ,
KY
Who: 15-18 year old male soccer players
Cost: $125 per player / $50 deposit
Register for both sessions and pay $200!
Schedule
(Saturday, February 13 / Saturday, March 6)
- 10:00 - 10:45 am Check-in at Nutter Field House
- 10:45 am Opening Remarks
- 11:00 am - 12:30 pm Training Session: Possession with a purpose
- 12:30 - 1:00 pm Demonstration of strengthtraining and conditioning for
- the soccer player
- 1:00 - 2:30 pm Training Session: Finishing exercises of top level players
- 2:30 pm Lunch
- 3:15 - 5:00 pm Small Sided Games
- 5:00 - 5:30 pm Use of video analysis in college soccer
- 5:30 - 7:00 pm Games
- 7:00 pm Closing Remarks
All sessions will be conducted by the University of Kentucky Coaching Staff and will be held at the UK Soccer Facilities.
